Paul Gowon Haruna, as part of his ongoing grassroots engagement across the Bassa/Dekina Federal Constituency, held a strategic meeting with stakeholders, party faithful, and community leaders in Dekina Local Government Area.
The gathering, which took place at the GSS Dekina Arena, witnessed a strong turnout of prominent figures, including the Executive Chairman of Dekina LGA, John Urah Ikani, the APC Divisional Chairman, Alhassan Ogwu, as well as past and present elected and appointed officials from the area.
During the meeting, Hon. Haruna presented a comprehensive account of his achievements over the past two and a half years in the National Assembly. He highlighted key projects, legislative contributions, and constituency interventions aimed at improving the welfare of his constituents.
Addressing the audience, he expressed gratitude for the continued support and confidence reposed in him, while officially declaring his intention to seek re-election in the 2027 general elections. He assured constituents of his commitment to consolidating on existing achievements and delivering even greater dividends of democracy if given another mandate.
In their remarks, Hon. Ikani and other notable speakers commended Hon. Haruna for what they described as impactful representation. They pointed to visible progress and development initiatives outlined in his presentation and encouraged sustained support for his leadership.
