The National Youth Coalition for Good Governance has commended the Comptroller General of the Federal Fire Service, Samuel Olumode Adeyemi, for what it described as his unprecedented leadership and unwavering commitment to national service.

In a statement released on Tuesday and signed by its National Coordinator, Comrade Daniel Ameh, the coalition praised Dr. Adeyemi for demonstrating what it termed “a strong willingness to serve with sincerity of purpose,” noting that his administration has reflected professionalism, transparency, and accountability.

The group, which advocates for the promotion of good governance and institutional reforms across Nigeria, said it has closely monitored the operations and reforms within the Federal Fire Service under Dr. Adeyemi’s leadership. According to the coalition, the comptroller general has shown exceptional leadership qualities that have strengthened the operational efficiency and public perception of the agency.

“Dr. Adeyemi has displayed remarkable administrative competence and a clear vision for repositioning the Federal Fire Service to meet contemporary challenges,” the statement read. “His dedication to duty and strategic leadership approach stand as a model of responsible public service.”

The coalition further noted that effective emergency response institutions are critical to national development and public safety, adding that the Fire Service under Dr. Adeyemi has demonstrated renewed focus and organizational discipline.

While reaffirming its commitment to supporting leaders who uphold principles of good governance, the National Youth Coalition urged other public officeholders to emulate the standards of integrity and service it attributed to the Fire Service boss.

The group concluded by encouraging sustained reforms and continuous improvement within the agency to further enhance service delivery to Nigerians.
