Admiral Usman Jibrin (Rtd) has congratulated foremost legal practitioner, James Ogwu Onoja, SAN, on the occasion of his 58th birthday, describing him as an exceptional lawyer whose dedication and expertise continue to stand out within Nigeria’s legal community.
