Private Jet Crash-Lands at Kano Airport, All Passengers Escape Unhurt

A private jet operated by Flybird on Sunday crash-landed at the Malam Aminu Kano International Airport (MAKIA), Kano State.

The aircraft, which was en route from Abuja to Kano, reportedly encountered difficulties while landing and crash-landed at about 9:30 a.m.

According to eyewitness accounts, there were 11 persons on board the aircraft, including three crew members. All passengers and crew were safely evacuated without any reported injuries.

An eyewitness told journalists that emergency responders swiftly arrived at the scene and ensured the safe evacuation of everyone on board.

As of the time of filing this report, airport authorities and aviation officials were yet to issue an official statement detailing the cause of the incident or the extent of damage to the aircraft.

Further details are expected as investigations continue.
