Serves 4


1 lb ground beef, lightly browned, salted and peppered

Add in:

1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped bell pepper
1 can Campbells condensed Tomato Soup
1 ½ can water
2 or 3 T Chili powder (depending how spicy you like it)

Stir together and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times.

Serve in a bowl with saltines or make a pan of corn bread!

(*Optional: add a can of whole kernel corn with the water)
